Francisco is facing criminal charges for the death of the unidentified student, who was pinned in front of the jeep. Also injured was driver Wilfred Francisco, 41, when the jeepney’s break system failed while on a downhill road in Cabatangan village. Police said the jeep was overloaded with about 30 passengers, mostly students.
