Photo: SuppliedA year of hard work has paid off for a group of Christchurch high school entrepreneurs after the successful launch of their unique cookbook - Spoonful of Spice. Year 13 Rangi Ruru Girls' School students Lucy Johnson, Tulsi Lathia, Sarah Lawrence, Victoria Park and photographer Mette Van Pallandt have made more than just a cookbook. The 100-page spread dishes up recipes, stories and "nuggets of wisdom" from migrants and refugees in Christchurch. Spoonful of Spice is now available at Rangi Ruru Girls' School and at www.rangiruru.school.nzAll proceeds will go to Immigrant Resettlement Services in Christchurch.
