County Commissioner Fredrick Shisia said the Nyeri National Polytechnic student had strapped unidentified gadgets around his belly, waist and chest. "He was found near Dedan Kimathi University of Technology's entrance and he looked suspicious. He was arrested by police on patrol and taken to Kabiruini police post," Mr Shisia said on Friday. Mr Shisia said the student told police he was carrying electric toning equipment used for physical fitness.
