Winds at more than 30 mph can be seen in Sacramento, home to the final three CIF state championship football bowl games on Saturday. At Sacramento State, early Saturday morning, workers were fixing tarps, moving benches, chasing trash cans and fixing fences that had blown down. If the high winds continue, they could affect the passing teams, particularly those trying to throw against the wind.
