KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property's Elmina Valley Five (EV5) has attracted strong demand as buyers snapped up 90% of 373 units on offer during the weekend launches. Sime Property said 37 units consisting of corner and intermediate units were still available for purchase. EV5 is the last instalment of Sime Darby Property’s best-selling Elmina Valley (EV) series. EV5 homes feature large built-up areas and an open plan layout, allowing flexibility in the usage of interior spaces. It also said homes in Elmina Valley Five also come with FittingsPlus+, which include built-in air conditioning piping, instant water heaters, booster pump and external water filter.
