A 10-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital after getting hit by a stray bullet caused by his neighbors’ commotion on New Year’s day in Caloocan City. The victim, Joven Earl Gaces, of Maypajo, Caloocan City, was immediately brought to Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center (JRMMC) after the stray bullet landed on his shoulder and exited through his stomach damaging the liver during the New Year celebrations in their community.
