Surveillance camera has captured the shocking moment a woman was slashed in the neck by a stranger outside a Brooklyn subway station. The incident occurred just after 4.30 am last Tuesday morning as the 24-year-old victim walked by the Franklin Avenue station in the Prospect Heights neighborhood. The woman was seen exiting a convenience store before her attacker calmly approached her. He then proceeded to pull out a sharp object and slowly slash her neck as she walked toward the subway station stairs.
