That was the conclusion of Queenstown Lakes District Council officers who assessed the stormwater and confirmed it was clear and complied with the district plan and resource consent conditions. Alpha Series developer Allan Dippie said on Thursday the stormwater system was performing "as designed and consented". "The next stage of this project is to create a natural wetland to further enhance best management stormwater practice.
