Storm snowfall 'a win' for some, hassle for others

In a winter storm warning, Environment Canada is forecasting 20-30 centimetres of snow by Wednesday evening. The biggest snowfall so far this winter was 15 centimetres on Jan. 1. The snowfall is "definitely a win, brightens everything up," he said.
