The latest weather development is set to hit the UK this weekend with the Met Office issuing a yellow weather warning for the whole of England. Storm Ciara is due to hit between 6pm Saturday and 11.59pm Sunday with winds of up to 80mph expected in some areas. “We had advanced notice because of the weather patterns that’s enabled us to have a longer, earlier warning,” a Met Office spokesman said. “So what’s leading to this is a change in weather patterns in the eastern parts of North America.
