Their deaths have made me to wonder whether a man is worth a woman’s life. I grew up in a home where domestic violence was the norm. It dawned on me that domestic violence is not normal and I could do something about. Women should come out of their closets and say enough is enough and no more domestic violence. Women need more protection than the two-thirds gender rule: They need safe and secure environments at homes and in public spaces.
