Olekina said he will move to court next week to challenge the appointment, saying it was not on merit and should be revoked. He said BBI is nonsense if it cannot address the issue such as blatant tribalism and skewed appointments in government. Dr Irungu was appointed yesterday by Mining and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary John Munyes and will replace acting MD Hudson Andambi.
