NASA wants President Uhuru Kenyatta to stop making utterances suggesting he won the election legitimately as their petition is in the Supreme Court's hands. Musalia Mudavadi, who served as national campaign committee chairman, noted Uhuru should await the court's determination. NASA termed this the continuity of the "cultural electoral impunity" that led Uhuru and Jubilee at large into power after the 2013 election.
