Now fed-up staff have splashed out on a massive sign outside the business in Stoke-on-Trent spelling out a defiant message to would-be burglars. 'We No Longer Have A Fruit Machine So Please Don't Bother Anymore.' The latest burglary happened last Sunday when £500 was taken from the fruit machine - just 10 days after it was targeted in a separate incident. The sign reads: 'To the scum that keeps breaking into the barber shop to steal money from the fruit machine! A fruit machine was damaged and money was taken along with a number of other items.'
