Stoke Row bakery makes national ‘Baker’s Dozen’ list

A BAKERY in Stoke Row has been named one of the top 13 artisan bakeries in the UK — known as “the Baker’s Dozen” in the industry. Imma the Bakery has been recognised once again — having already seen its head baker Tona Erreguin snap Baker of the Year 2025 at the Baking Industry Awards. Her vision for “real bread”, focused on traditional methods and sustainability, has seen the bakery turn into a destination for bread enthusiasts. Organised by British Baker and The Artisan Collective, the Baker’s Dozen list is voted for by more than 100 industry experts. Mrs Erreguin also runs the Cherry Tree in Stoke Row, a 400-year-old pub which she took over in August last year.
