ADRs of Credit Suisse rose 7% in after-hours trading. First Republic Bank is in talks to raise money from other banks or private equity firms by issuing new shares, the New York Times reported, citing three people with knowledge of the process. Shares dropped 15% in after-hours trading. Sangamo Therapeutics Inc. said Novartis AG and Biogen Inc. terminated collaboration and license agreements with the biotechnology company, which declined 9.5% in after-hours trading.
