Alhaji Hassan, Festac Town, Lagos: The back page article published in The Punch newspaper on Tuesday clearly spoke the minds of many Lagosians and indigenes of Ogun State. The Ibikunle Amosun Administration in Ogun State concentrated infrastructural development in Abeokuta, as the writer rightly pointed out, while constructing unnecessary bridges across the state. I wish the writer had extended his investigation to the Ijebu-Ode-Epe Road, which links Ogun and Lagos states. The Lagos end of the road, which was constructed by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode is superb, while the Ogun end of remains a death trap. We hope that the Ogun governor-elect, Prince Dapo Abiodun, will do the needful by adopting some of the suggestions in the article for the benefit of both states.
