Mbogo moved to the High Court today on a certificate of urgency to have his four guns returned, arguing that his life is in danger. He wants the court to compel the board to return the guns and his firearm certificate. Mbogo says he is a law-abiding citizen who is rightfully exercising his rights that are enshrined in the Constitution to legally acquire firearms.
