LOADING ERROR LOADINGSteve Bannon, longtime ally to ex-President Donald Trump and former White House aide, was ordered to report to prison by July 1 to begin serving a four-month sentence for his 2022 contempt of Congress conviction. Judge Carl Nichols granted prosecutors’ motion on Thursday to revoke Bannon’s bail after a three-judge appeals panel declined to overturn his conviction last month. “There’s not a prison built or a jail built that will ever shut me up,” he told reporters. “We’re gonna win this. We’re gonna win at the Supreme Court and we’re gonna win on Nov. 5.”Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro is currently serving a four-month sentence after being convicted of the same crime as Bannon.
