ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry on Friday informed the national assembly that various steps have been taken to improve performance of Islamabad Police. Chaudhary while responding to a question during question hour, informed the house that modern reporting rooms have been established at fourteen police stations in the federal capital. He said that receptions have been set up and human right officers have been appointed in police stations to ensure professionalism. He was responding to a calling attention notice regarding non-allotment and delivery of government residential accommodations to the employees of National Assembly and Senate Secretariat. The House has now been adjourned due to lack of quorum and will meet again on Monday at 4: 00 pm.
