First, it was Premier Scott Moe of SaskatchewanThen Doug Ford of OntarioThen Rachel Notley of Alberta. Now Premier Brian Pallister of Manitoba says he too is pulling out of prime minister Justin Trudeau’s plan for a nationwide carbon tax. And probably all the rest of the provinces — except B.C. and Quebec — will refuse to play along with Trudeau’s plan to have the provinces collect his increasingly unpopular tax.
