His confession came hours after the controversial television figure shared the ultrasound image on his social media page, saying: "Wasn't expecting 2. Later in his YouTube video, Stephen revealed that it had all been a joke and he was just 'having a laugh'. The television star then shared an image of his post, before reading out a number of comments that he had received on social media following his announcement. Since revealing that the baby scan had been a joke, Bear has been inundated with comments from furious fans.
