He was released following the submission of “further statements” obtained by the Police from the complainant, indicating that Tetteh was innocent. When the matter was called today, the 11-year-old victim and her mother were also not in Court. On September 9, this year, the Court ordered the Prosecution to produce the 11-year-old girl and her mother who had jointly accused Tetteh of defilement. But her mother had packed out of the house at the time because of a misunderstanding with Tetteh.
