MUMBAI: Australia-headquartered StayWell Hospitality Group is looking at 25 properties in India in three years under its two brands -- Park Regis and Leisure Inn -- mostly under management contract. "We have signed 13 properties under management contract in India, of which four are already operational. In next two year we will see them all operational, of which 10 will be under the Leisure Inn brand and three will be under Park Regis. Overall we are looking at operating 25 hotels in the next three years in India," StayWell Hospitality Group Managing Director Rohit Vig told PTI here.He said, growth will be more rapid in Leisure Inn brand, which is midscale brand, offering unbeatable value-for-money accommodation mainly aimed at high catchment locations. "We are very selective in franchise model as the property has to very strategic and meet with our specifications.
