Every MDA and every aspect of government generating money for us will pay directly to that account. When you go to Iworoko or NOVA area and other new areas, you would see inscriptions as ‘Road 1, Road 2, Road 3, Road 4, Road 5 to Road 7’. What the Federal Government says we should pay, is what we are going to pay. We gave them free education, that is for the parents; we gave teachers money, car loans and housing loans. In those days, in the fifties we were taking, not free o, I don’t know then but our parents pay.
