State provides €100m for 500 new homesThe State-backed lender for small and medium developers said it has received over 40 full applications, with 90pc relating to developments outside Dublin. Developments backed by HBF vary from 10 units to 76 homes, and loan facilities range from €1.5m to €18m. HBF has a fund of €750m from the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF).
