Rajasthan has done immensely well in all aspects of infrastructure and under this category, the the best district award went to Jaipur. The second category was water and sanitation. In a desert state, it is a huge task to ensure that clean drinking water is provided to people. Most of the districts have been doing well in this connection but here again, Jaipur comes out on the top followed by the most improved district, Alwar. The next category was industry where the best district award went to Rajsamand and the most improved district award went to Nagaur.
