Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak announced on Wednesday a time frame for the digital government development roadmap (2020-2022) that calls for all government agencies to become fully digitalised. “With a clear roadmap, agencies are likely to become more active in their digital development,” he said. It also developed and introduced earlier this year the CITIZENinfo application, offering services for those searching for 8,000 locations of state agencies nationwide as well as the required documents before citizens contact these state agencies.
