State Securities Commission gets new chairmanChairman of HCM Stock Exchange (HOSE)’s Board of Directors Tran Van Dung was appointed as the new chairman of the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam (SSC) on Wednesday. Chairman of HCM Stock Exchange Tran Van Dung on Wednesday was appointed as new chairman of the State Securities Commission of Viet Nam. He also held posts at the State Bank of Viet Nam, the SSC, as well as the chairman and general director of the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) in the period between 2012 and 2015. Dung and his partners laid the foundation for securities, including Government bonds and the stock exchange, the unlisted public company market (UPCoM), and the derivatives market in Viet Nam. Dung is set to replace HOSE former Chairman Tran Dac Sinh, who retired in May.
