Raleigh, NCAug 13, 2022The State Board of Elections wishes to set the record straight after a guest on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Fox News this week spread false information about North Carolina elections. The State Board and some county boards of elections have received inquiries about this since the segment aired on Wednesday. He also did not mention the State Board of Elections’ response to that letter, sent to Acker three days later. The State Board provided the documents to AAF through a public records request. Neither Vought nor Fox News have reached out to the State Board for facts or clarification about this issue.
