Dismiss them if you want, but at least take the trouble to do that giving a reason! The NDP has performed well as the current government of B.C., and recently as the governments in Alberta, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and the Yukon. It is the official opposition in Alberta and Ontario, in both cases under effective leaders. The federal NDP keeps the Liberal minority government in power, and their leader Jagmeet Singh has performed well after a start made difficult by the Liberals refusing to call a byelection. Come on, Toronto Star, don’t be so blatantly ‘large-L Liberal,’ eh?
