A day after boat tragedy in Patna, a stampede has happened in Gangasagar in West Bengal. Six persons have been killed and 15 others have been injured in the stampede that took place near Kochuberia in Sagar Islands. Stampede took place on jetty number 5 while people were boarding the boat. West Bengal government has denied reports of any stampede at Gangasagar fair.
