Stagecoach climbs rankings in UK Customer Satisfaction Index


The improvement comes during National Customer Service Week, which runs from October 6 to 10, and saw the company move from 28th to 20th out of 37 transport organisations, with a 4.6-point increase compared to last year. Tom Waterhouse, managing director for Stagecoach Cumbria and North Lancashire, said: "The latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index results are really encouraging. "It’s fantastic to see tangible evidence of progress and, at Stagecoach, customers are at the heart of everything we do. "National Customer Service Week is a great opportunity to recognise both our customers and our colleagues. In recognition of National Customer Service Week, the company has launched the ‘See It, Hear It, Share It’ initiative.
