Chinese cyclist Jin won the 109.50km second stage between Phon Phisai and Nong Khai Main Stadium with a time of 2:46.54 hours. Uzbekistan's Yanina Kuskova took second place while Vietnam's Nguyen Thi That finished third. Li-Ning Star Ladies' Zhu Shimeng is in second place (+0.04), followed by Nguyen Thi That (+0.12) as the top three positions remain unchanged.
