The facility - which gives a vital lifeline for struggling families - allows disabled kids to participate in social and educational activities outdoors. "Staff members were in tears when they were then faced with cleaning human faeces from the floor, scrubbing sick from the carpets and removing urine soaked mattresses. Fiona Hird, CEO of Fabb Scotland told the Daily Record staff haven't been able to properly access the flat.
