Last weekend, Rex suffered what she called a "nightmare" fall and had to have stitches, and he's been in and out of hospital over the last few days. While Rex was in surgery, Stacey had been keeping herself busy by having a jacket potato for lunch and watching films. She had decorated Rex's hospital room with a fake plant and some blankets to make herself feel more at home. Rex suffered a fall in the garden of Pickle Cottage in Sunday, and Stacey originally thought it was nothing. She admitted it had been difficult to make Rex keep his temporary stitches in while he waited for surgery.
