Ipswich’s town and civic church, St Mary le Tower, as well as the parish church of St Mary at the Elms, will mark the one-year anniversary of the death of Raymond James Quigley on Wednesday (January 17) at 3.35pm. "This should be a wake up call for everyone involved in this sort of violence.”St Mary le Tower will rings bells to mark the one year anniversary. The victim was later named as Raymond James Quigley from Wymondham in Norfolk.
