Michael Chapman, of Knowles House Avenue, Eccleston, appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 5. He indicated guilty pleas to possession of a Class A and Class B drugs. On March 20, this year, the defendant was caught with a quantity of cocaine and cannabis on him. For the cocaine offence, Chapman was fined £120, and made to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
