The Sri Lanka junior netball team registered their first win by beating Korea in the on-going Asian Junior Netball Championship in Japan. The winners scored 95 points to 7 at the end of four quarters. The first quarter gave the Sri Lankans 37 points.In the next three quarters the Sri Lankan women scored 17, 18 and 17 points respectively. The team had just one day to prepare for the matches after landing in Japan.
