Spuds adviser is Young Grower of YearYoung Grower of the Year Andrew Hutchinson. The Young Grower of the Year competition is run by Horticulture New Zealand and is now in its tenth year. Andrew Hutchinson, of Pukekohe, was crowned Young Grower of the Year in his home town. He is a technical support adviser focused on potatoes. Hutchinson, 28, a technical support adviser at potatoes, onions and carrots grower AS Wilcox & Sons secured the national title after pitting his skills, knowledge and experience against four other regional winners.
