A Special Bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justices Ranjan Gogoi and A.K. Meanwhile, the Bench was informed that two Indian companies — Mahindra Lifespace Developer and the Piramal Group — had shown interest in purchasing Sahara’s ₹34,000 crore worth Aamby Valley.
