In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, brown tenderloin in oils. Bake for about 12 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the centre of the meat reads 135°F (57°C). In a large pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli for about 2 minutes or until al dente. In the same pot of boiling water, cook the beans for about 3 minutes or until tender. Add the dressing and sliced pork to the salad.
