Speeding Spur walks daily in recovery programmeStuart McCormick/Harness Racing Speeding Spur has made a good recovery from a suspensory ligament injury. Speeding Spur, who injured a suspensory in the autumn, is doing two 20-minute walks a day at Woodlands Stud in Auckland. Clevedon co-trainer John Dickie said the suspensory had healed and there were hopes Speeding Spur would be back in training in September or October. Hank Bromac was bought out of Southland by Melbourne owners Merv and Meg Butterworth after winning twice for Invercargill trainer Murray Brown. Winners Shout debuts from the stable at Alexandra Park on Friday night after winning three of 11 starts for Oamaru trainer Phil Williamson.
