PHUKET: A collision between two speedboats off the Thai resort island of Phuket killed two Russian children and left 19 others injured, police said. Video footage at the scene showed rescue workers performing CPR to young Western children. Srikunnarat said the accident led to the deaths of two Russian children, aged 6 and 12, and left 19 other people injured. The injuries included both Thais and foreigners but most were Russian, he said. One of the speedboats involved in Monday’s accident was departing for a tour of one of those islands.
