The people’s committee urged the Thu Duc District’s People Committee to move 27 households along the Sai Gon River near the Binh Loi Bridge in Hiep Binh Chanh Ward. City authorities also asked district People’s Committees to speed up land clearance in landslide areas, such as Giong Ong To Bridge in District 2, Cui Hamlet in Binh Chanh District, and Long Kieng Bridge and Phuoc Kien residential areas in Nha Be District, so they can carry out embankment projects.
