(Getty Images)A Canada Day crash between a speed boat and Sea-Doo on Ponhook Lake sent a man to hospital in Halifax by lifeflight helicopter. Police said a speed boat with four people on board was travelling on the lake when it collided with the Sea-Doo. The man driving the boat, a 51-year-old from Liverpool, N.S., was seriously injured and was taken to hospital in Bridgewater. Everyone else on the boat and the Sea-Doo driver were not hurt. Queens District RCMP said they were called to the lake about 40 kilometres west of Bridgewater around 7:50 p.m. on Friday evening.
