(Video of the cow recovering in player above) The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the cow fell out and landed on the interstate near Highway 176 just after 7 a.m. Dr. Rachel Lane, of Orchard Hills Vet Clinic, said she was on the way to appointments and heard about a cow on the interstate. Lane said the folks at Tate Kids, a local goat farm, brought a trailer and helped her get the cow off the road. A cow was injured Monday morning when it fell out of a trailer on Interstate 26 in Spartanburg County.
