Spark unrepentant after Chorus accuses it of 'errors'DAVID WHITE/FAIRFAX NZ Spark boss Simon Moutter is expected to stoke the fire over Spark's strategy to steer customers away from copper broadband, at the company's annual meeting in Auckland on Friday. An open row has broken out between Spark and Chorus over broadband advice being given to consumers. Spark and Chorus were both parts of Telecom before it was split into the two companies in 2011. Spark signalled on Wednesday that it was stepping up marketing its wireless broadband service as an alternative to traditional copper broadband, supplied using Chorus' network. Harris said Chorus acknowledged wireless broadband could be a better option "for a small proportion of older ADSL broadband customers".
