MADRID — Spanish police have arrested a fugitive they described as a millionaire and the most-wanted man in Poland. Spain’s National Police identified the man on Saturday only by the initials of M.A.F. They didn’t specify when the arrest too place but said the man was located on the Mediterranean coast near the city of Valencia. Polish authorities issued a European arrest warrant for the man on April 1. Spanish police say the man threatened to jump from a balcony after officers found him in a ninth-floor apartment but was taken into custody.
