Some people are missing their Covid-19 vaccination appointments in Southland because of the Southern District Health Board’s current booking system. The board’s current booking system means a text message confirming an appointment is being sent 12 to 48 hours ahead of an appointment, but people are not often getting the messages in a timely manner.
